Terms of Service

1. The Service

Crypto2PayPal lets you exchange supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, SOL) for a PayPal balance, or buy those cryptocurrencies with a debit/credit card. Exchange rates are quoted in real time and a flat 2% fee (minimum $1) is applied to each order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use cryptocurrency and PayPal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with local laws, including tax reporting. We reserve the right to refuse service in regions where operation is restricted.

3. Your Order

• Quoted rates are valid for a limited time. If your deposit arrives after the window, we will settle at the prevailing rate.
• You must send the exact amount and network shown. Sending a different asset, amount, or network may cause permanent loss of funds.
• PayPal payouts are normally completed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Minimum order is $10 USD equivalent. Larger orders may require additional verification.

4. Fees

A flat 2% fee is charged on every exchange, with a $1 minimum on small orders. The amount shown in the calculator is exactly what you will receive — there are no hidden charges. Blockchain network fees paid by you to send crypto are not part of our fee.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse transactions we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of addresses, PayPal emails, and networks you provide. We are not liable for losses caused by user error, network congestion, or third-party service outages (including PayPal).

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid on the order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
